Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A: No. We only ship in the Continental United States with the single exception of any U.S. Military Address. We ship via USPS 1st. Class Mail.

The reason we only ship in the US is that Asian countries like China, India, etc., and Mexico and South America refuse to enforce American pirating laws. If you place an order and you live in an area we do not ship to, your money will be refunded through Paypal. If you order from a country not listed we will be happy to accommodate you on an individual basis if certain criteria are met. Example: You are in the Armed Forces of the United States and are serving overseas in a country not listed above. In that case we will happily ship to your military mail box.

Q. What do I do if the DVD won't play?.

A: Try playing on several different players first. If the trouble persist Contact Us for DVD Returns. We will send you a self addressed stamped envelope with which you can ship the DVD back to us. Once we ascertain that the DVD is defective we will ship, via USPS first class mail, a new DVD back to you at our expense.  This rarely happens though as our movies are replicated instead of duplicated. What is replication? It is the same process used by every major motion picture studio and is the same process that all retail ready DVD's are manufactured with. This is important as it assures you of the highest quality product the market can deliver.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. First do the above. If that fails then Contact Us and we will send you a self addressed return envelope. If we determine that the DVD is defective we will ship you a new one. If we determine that the DVD is not defective we will charge you a $10.00 restocking fee via PayPal. and once we have the fee we will return the DVD to you. This policy is in place to highlight the fact that we are not a DVD rental house. 

Q. What format/region is the DVD?

A. NTSC. Region 1 US/CAN. No PAL.
